One of our customers from the petroleum industry would like to expand their retail outlets in their 3000 gas stations. Their requirements are to modernize facility with outstanding looks to comfort their customers and encourage them to have more spending at longer time while taking services in their gas stations. After we collected their overall requirements, we presented the proposed solutions of ‘Premium Outlets’ with simple high technology of visual innovation LCD TV and innovative decorations unique to their requirements particularly. This made our customer happy with the implementation and response of outcome to achieve their expectation. For this big project, we had to deploy 5 project managers, 9 consultants including various business and technical Gurus and 3 business managers for this story success.
There was the national project of E-Commerce in facilitating all the logistic and supply chain management for over 500 trading partners in the country. Its annual budget has been valued $100 million for the business transactions. We had proposed them with our valued partners and project study which were able to convince their board of management that we could deliver them the solutions and knowledge transfer. This project could give us worth of $2 million in 2 year implementation plan.
Our corporate customer had to face fraud problems of losing their household LPG gas tanks every month to nowhere traceable worth of more than $150K a month. We had got into the analysis of the problems and found out there was a smuggling of their gas tanks to our country neighbors. Therefore, we proposed them the ceramic bar codes adhered to their gas tanks for tracking and tracing purpose by the electronic readers and RFID network. They need to invest only 50 cent for every coming new tank but after implementation, they never face any loss of their tanks by the day of systems in place.
From our experience, the owners or investors will see the value of JV whenever their business has no growth or is losing their money. We have helped a number of companies to strengthen their capability and business expansion by introducing JV solutions with stronger monetary or technology partners. We always earn only 5% of every deal which is very minimal to us but value worth much more for our customers for the business growth and versatility.
Our customer is the number one of selling computer supplies in the country. They had problems of organization structure, business process, marketing and sales strategy and company values. We had to spend 2 weeks in studying their requirements, interviewing their people and coming up with the proposed solutions of doing the business plan and strategy. We imported our business Gurus from 3 countries to help them monitor the problems, design the business models, conduct business and strategy plan and eventually implement the business policy and direction.
This client provided the complicated network of trading plastic raw materials for their business community every day. Their objective is to boost up the business transactions from 100 to maximum 100,000 units per day which is very impossible because of their sophisticated access and usage caused by the high security of preventing fraud in the business trading. B2B had defined their problems, proposed the new integrated software application including the front-end friendly user program and helped them implement the solutions. We won this contract and spent about 6 month of business consulting.
